Diving giraffes
This is my small descriptive writing piece. I described the diving giraffe and what it was doing. I really like this and it was very fun to do.

Hi Isla, what a great description. I was able to picture it in my mind because you were decriptive enough. I really like some of the vocabulary that you used such as 'launched', 'monstrous splash' and 'towering'. It would have been great to draw the seen out a bit more, talk about some of the other senses like how the giraffe felt or what sounds could be heard.
